Winemaker's Comments
The País grape was not historically considered a suitable variety for fine wines. A few years ago, convinced of the potential of the variety and the terroir of the region, I decided to give it a real opportunity and looked for the vineyards planted 100 years ago that we started working to produce grapes for high quality wines. With the best grapes, in the winery we carry out a vinification, aging and bottling of the highest standard. The results are an honor for me and my team. We have a wine that we call Grand País that stands out for its finesse, depth and structure. It is for me the Pinot Noir of Chile, and without a doubt it reminds me of Burgundy and its wines.

Press report
It’s a very serious País, with more finesse than the majority of País bottlings….juicy, tasty and long, with a dry , austere granite finish. Very good indeed

Winemaker's Comments
L’Assemblage is a product of the mixture of 2 parcels of Country grape. The grapes that come from Florida provide fruit aromas, complexity and roundness; those that come from Guarilihue provide structure and depth. The resulting mixture is a friendly wine, with very good typicity; an excellent representative of this strain.

Press report
It’s a very good, everyday wine.

Winemaker's Comments
It is a fresh and aromatic wine. Its alcoholic fermentation is complete, there are no residual sugars, which gives us a new perspective on muscat, which is traditionally sweet.

Press report
Fresh and perfumed on the palate but the perfume is balanced by lovely dry texture and crisp acidity. A lovely wine. Perfect aperitif or summer-afternoon wine.” Julia Harding MW (jancisrobinson).
